Founded by Zobel Solutions LLC in Rochester, NY, TownSignal was born from a simple observation: the way municipalities communicate with residents is stuck in the past.
Town websites that residents visit once a year. Mass email blasts that land in spam folders. Facebook posts that reach a fraction of the community. Phone trees during emergencies. Important meeting agendas buried in PDFs on a government portal.
