Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using TownSignal, operated by Zobel Solutions LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Description of Service
TownSignal is a civic communication platform that provides municipalities with native mobile applications, push notification services, content management tools, and related services for resident communication. The platform includes iOS and Android mobile apps, an administrative dashboard, and supporting backend infrastructure.
Municipal Customers
Municipalities that subscribe to TownSignal are responsible for the content they publish through the platform, including alerts, events, news, and other communications. Each municipality maintains administrative control over their content and user access through the role-based access control system.
Resident Users
Residents using the TownSignal mobile app agree to use the application for its intended purpose of receiving municipal communications and submitting issue reports. Misuse of the reporting system or any other platform feature may result in access restrictions.
Intellectual Property
The TownSignal platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Zobel Solutions LLC. Municipal content published through the platform remains the property of the respective municipality.
Limitation of Liability
TownSignal is provided as a communication tool and is not a replacement for official emergency services (911) or legally required public notice procedures. Municipalities are responsible for ensuring compliance with their own legal notification requirements.
